Last minute change of plans and decided to go to Nobo and it was NOT a mistake. The bucatini was the best pasta dish i’ve ever had. My husband also loved the muscles dish. Highly recommend.

The staff goes above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable, delectable and perfect. The food is outstanding. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great vibe and setting—we sat on the patio overlooking the beautiful Boardman River. The atmosphere was relaxing and the service was excellent. We ordered the mussels and burgers. The mussels were fresh and full of flavor. The burgers, however, were a bit bland and didn’t taste especially fresh. Still, a great place for drinks and appetizers with a view. We’ll be back, just might try something else next time.

I was served these mussels. They were not very hot. Only half were cooked and fully open. You can see in the pic with the open mussel i pried open the orange meat-slime has not solidified/cooked and detached from the shell. I shared this with kitchen staff and manager who responded dismissively and defensively, only apologizing they were not cooked “to my satisfaction.” I showed this first picture, and the manager gaslit me saying that the liquid raw mussel is the sauce. They comped the dish for me, thanks. I would not be leaving this review if they were receptive to feedback. I had a nice cocktail. Morgan was a lovely server. The host was pleasant as well. I’m sure many of the menu items are nice.
